• Empower Parents: Grow opportunities for Andover parents to offer feedback on our programs and curriculum, fostering an open dialogue between the community and decision makers. 

• Support for Special Education: Ensure that every student has access to a quality education and that the proper classroom accommodations are being offered. 

• Community-Based Learning: Partner with local businesses and higher education institutions to offer internship programs, mentorship opportunities, and career pathway initiatives for students.

• Regular Performance Reviews: Conduct annual performance audits on APS programs to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with student success goals.
