Policy Commitments:

• Regular and Accessible Communication: I pledge to be only a phone call away for all citizens of Andover, listening to all sides of an issue, and provide explanations of my voting record.  

• Budget Transparency: Require the Superintendent to provide a line-by-line budget presentation to the public and School Committee during the budgeting cycle.

• Open Forums for Stakeholders: Require the Superintendent to present a detailed, line-by-line budget breakdown to both the public and the School Committee at multiple stages throughout the budgeting cycle. This process will include clear explanations of expenditures, funding sources, and justifications to ensure full accountability and informed decision-making.

• Freedom of Information Compliance: Ensure APS fully adheres to public records laws by proactively publishing documents online, releasing unnecessarily sealed meeting minutes, and responding promptly to all public information requests.
